With more than 50 years of experience as a family business, we cherish the sense of mutual care and cooperation, which we implement in every link of the chain. As a result, we have established long-term relationships and a good bond of trust with our partners.

Code of Conduct.
Our 2024 goal was to implement our Code of Conduct with all of our suppliers. In this code, we address three themes: fair business, human rights and environmental impact. This commits us to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises (MNEs). This code is a document that allows us to monitor common goals. During visits, we not only share the code, but also offer our help to support them in implementation.
Sustainability of operations.
Our second goal focuses on making our operations more sustainable and greening our premises. We continuously look for opportunities for energy efficiency and process optimization. We strive to embed sustainability in our team and thereby increase internal awareness. Last spring, we participated in the national ‘Bike to Work Day’. On this day, employees were encouraged to ride their bikes instead of driving their cars. As an extra incentive, NDT donated an amount per cycled kilometer to the charity Passion for People. Eco-design.
Moreover, NDT embraces innovation! Together with our suppliers, we examine how we can make our production processes and products more sustainable. We focus on recycling, energy efficiency in our factories and the reuse of residual streams. An example of this is our new series RCC (recycled clay), which is partially made of ground up ceramic waste that we rescued from the waste bin!

Solar panels.
In 2019, we installed 5,265 solar panels at our headquarters in Gendt. These panels meet the power needs of more than 400 households!
Bike to work day.
Last spring, we participated in the national “Bike to Work Day. On this day, employees were encouraged to take their bikes instead of their cars. As an extra incentive, NDT donated an amount per kilometer cycled to the charity Passion for People.
